Plamen Staykov will fight for the third victory in rally "Sliven" after he managed to triumph in 2014 and 2016 seasons. Staykov has to catch up the leaders in FIA Balkan Rally Trophy sta. In rally "Bulgaria", the crew of Staykov Racing Georgia crewed two tires and lagged far behind in the standings, and in rally "Troya", Staykov and Davidone did not resist the strong pace of the Turkish crews, finishing fourth in the final standings.

The crew of Staykov Racing Georgia - Plamen Staykov and David Kvaratzkhelia will be able to rely on a new sponsor by the end of the year. DENSO is the new partner of the champions for 2016 season. The Japanese company's logo will appear for the first time on Staykov's car in the forthcoming rally "Sliven", which will be held from 1st to 3rd September.
