Last year's champions in Bulgarian Rally Championship Tihomir Stratiev and Dobrin Borisov (Peugeot 208 R2) finished fourth after first day and will be attacking the third position on tomorrow's stages "Mollova Gora" and "Karandila".
Mustafa Cakal and Mehmet Koleoglu with the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX are best represented by foreigners. They rank fifth in the overall standings, lagging behind at 3: 37.0 minutes by the leaders. Six are Romanians Vlad Cosma and Florin Dorca, who had a few spins today with their new FIAT Abarth 124. The Napoca Rally Academy crew has a 4: 52.1 minute gap with the leaders Angelov and Sivov.
In the different categories leaders are Grigor Grigorov in class RC 4, Anton Titov in class RC 3 and Denis Stanchovski in RC 5.
Tomorrow, there are nearly 40 racing kilometers that are divided into four speed stages. The prize giving ceremony is planned at 14:30 at Hadji Dimitar Square.
