Rally Sliven just received the FIA observer report for its 2011 edition. The competition is rated 1238.50 points by the swedish FIA observer Jan Sandstrom, which at the moment is one of the highest marks for a rally of the European championship. Compared to the last year edition of the event the safety measures and the new Super Special Stage are highly valued by hte observer.
ASC Sliven would like to thank to everyone who helped in the organisation of the rally, to all the competitors which did their best to take part in the evend despite the hard financial situation and of course to the spectators which came again to see the event despite the short list of entrants.
