Vali Porcisteanu and Dan Dobre are the second foreign team, who would like to take part in the 36th rally Sliven. Two of them are well known in Bulgaria. Last time when Porcisteanu has been in Bulgaria was during rally "Tvarditsa" 2014, when he drove one of the safety cars and made incredible show for the fans.

The team from Romania participated in European rally championship and Pirelli Star Driver in 2009 and in 2011 he became champion in his home country. In the next years Vali had funding problems and he was driving only in selected events of Romanian national rally  championship. A curious detail is that the Bulgaria pilot Martin Surilov is now driving the previous car of Porcisteanu. Surilov will also take part in rally Sliven 2016.
