Overall characteristics and length of the stage:

Special stage "Gavrilovo" will be run two times during the first racing day of rally Sliven, as SS 2 and 6. The length of the special stage is 14,540 meters and it has fast and medium fast corners. The surface is very abrasive asphalt, which is not typical for the rally and it could be a challenge for the tyres. The grip is very high, so the tyres will gone easily.

History of the special stage:

It would be the first time to be driven this way. Part of the SS was included in the shakedown of rally Sliven between 2003 and 2008. Other part of the stage is used by the crews to make the latest settings before the start.

For the spectators:

There are some very interesting places to follow the rally. About 500 meters after the start there are two fast left corners, where at the second one has a little bump which make the combination very interesting. It is followed by a fast part with long right U-turn. Around it there a lot of cliffs where spectators can watch safely. There is an alternative road going to the special stage. It can be reached despite the closing timetable. It goes through village Malko Chochoveni. The spectators should keep in mind that the road is gravel and it might be difficult to pass.
